These terms explain the basic rules for installing, accessing, or using the DualCam App. Last updated: May 18, 2026.

1. 接受条款

安装、访问或使用 DualCam App，即表示你同意遵守本 App 使用条款。如你不同意，请停止使用 App。

2. 产品状态与兼容性

DualCam 依赖 iPhone 的多摄像头同时采集能力。我们建议使用 iOS 13 或更高版本，以及 iPhone XS / XR 或更新机型。不同机型的摄像头组合、系统版本、存储空间和性能状态可能影响可用功能与录制效果。

3. 设备权限

你授权摄像头、麦克风、照片或媒体库权限后，DualCam 才能完成对应的拍摄、录音、保存或读取功能。你可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中管理这些权限。

4. 用户内容责任

你对自己使用 DualCam 拍摄、保存、导出或分享的照片、视频和其他内容负责。请在拍摄前获得必要同意，并遵守适用的隐私、肖像、版权和当地法律法规。

5. 禁止用途

你不得将 DualCam 用于侵犯他人隐私、非法录制、骚扰、侵权、规避安全措施、传播恶意内容或任何违法、有害用途。

6. 知识产权

DualCam 的名称、标识、界面、视觉系统、文案和相关素材归 DualCam Inc 或其授权方所有。未经书面许可，不得复制、修改或用于混淆来源的场景。

7. 免责声明

DualCam App 按“现状”提供。录制效果、性能和稳定性可能受设备型号、系统版本、权限设置、存储空间和现场环境影响。我们会持续改进，但不保证 App 在所有设备或场景中始终无误或不中断。

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the DualCam App, you agree to follow these App Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Product status and compatibility

DualCam depends on iPhone multi-camera capture. We recommend iOS 13 or later and iPhone XS / XR or newer. Camera combinations, system versions, storage space, and performance conditions may affect available features and recording results.

3. Device permissions

DualCam can complete camera capture, audio recording, saving, or media access only after you grant the relevant camera, microphone, photos, or media library permissions. You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Responsibility for user content

You are responsible for the photos, videos, and other content you capture, save, export, or share with DualCam. Please obtain necessary consent before recording and follow applicable privacy, likeness, copyright, and local laws.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use DualCam to invade privacy, record unlawfully, harass others, infringe rights, bypass security measures, distribute malicious content, or engage in any illegal or harmful activity.

6. Intellectual property

The DualCam name, marks, interface, visual system, copy, and related materials belong to DualCam Inc or its licensors. Do not copy, modify, or use them in a way that causes confusion without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The DualCam App is provided “as is.” Recording results, performance, and stability may be affected by device model, system version, permission settings, storage space, and shooting environment. We continue to improve the App, but do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted on every device or in every situation.
