3. 照片、视频和录制内容
你使用 DualCam 拍摄的照片、视频和录制内容默认保留在你的设备或你选择的保存位置。除非你主动通过反馈邮件发送截图、日志、视频或描述，我们不会通过本 App 支持页面收集你的相机画面、照片或视频。
4. 设备与诊断信息

1. Information we collect
When you contact us through the App feedback flow or by email, we may collect your email address, issue type, device model, iOS version, App version, and issue description. The current version does not require you to create an account in DualCam.
2. Camera, microphone, and photo permissions
DualCam needs camera permission to capture front and rear perspectives at the same time, microphone permission to record video audio, and may need photos or media library permission to save recordings or read media you select. You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
3. Photos, videos, and recorded content
Photos, videos, and recordings you create with DualCam stay on your device or in the save location you choose by default. Unless you actively send screenshots, logs, videos, or descriptions through feedback email, we do not collect your camera feed, photos, or videos through this App support page.
4. Device and diagnostic information
To investigate compatibility, recording, saving, or permission issues, we may use the device model, iOS version, App version, and issue description you choose to provide. If we add new diagnostic, analytics, or crash-reporting methods in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
5. How we use information
We use this information to respond to feedback, troubleshoot iOS compatibility, improve recording stability, handle privacy requests, and maintain the safety and availability of DualCam.
6. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. When necessary, we may share limited information with hosting, email, analytics, or security providers to operate and support DualCam. We retain information only for as long as needed for those purposes.
